    At Jackson Mae Blooms, we take great pride in providing fresh, high-quality, locally grown blooms. Due to the perishable nature of our flowers, we do not offer refunds or returns, except in the rare case that your flowers fail within 3 days of purchase.

    If your flowers do not meet expectations within this time frame, please contact us with a photo and brief description so we can make it right.

    Please note:

    • Vase life varies by flower type – some blooms naturally last longer than others.

    • Direct sunlight and heat will shorten the lifespan of your bouquet.

    • To get the most out of your flowers, change the water every other day and keep your bouquet in a cool location, out of direct sun.
