Private You-Pick & Goat Experience Booking Policy Our private you-pick sessions are designed to feel like a quiet little pocket of magic… flowers to gather, goats to greet, and space to slow down. To keep that experience special for every guest, we have a few important policies in place: Reservations Required All visits must be reserved in advance. We do not accept walk-ins. Each reservation request will be reviewed before approval to ensure we can provide the best possible experience during your selected time. Reservation Approval Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your spot. You will receive a confirmation once your reservation has been approved. Please wait for this confirmation before making plans to attend. Ticketing Requirements An adult ticket is required for all attendees, including children. This helps us manage capacity, maintain safety standards, and ensure every guest has a comfortable, enjoyable visit. Children & Supervision Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, both in the garden and around the goats. Our animals are friendly, but they are still animals with their own personalities. Arrival Time Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience so we can stay on schedule for other guests. Cancellations & Rescheduling Due to the limited nature of private bookings, we ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Weather Policy Our experiences are held outdoors and are subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, we may reschedule your visit to ensure safety and enjoyment. Farm Etiquette We ask all guests to respect the space: – Stay within designated areas – Use provided tools when harvesting – Handle flowers and animals gently
